We will continue to disclose climate-related risks and opportunities - \u201cGovernance,\u201d \u201cStrategy,\u201d \u201cRisk Management\u201d and \u201cIndices &amp; Targets\u201d based on TCFD\u2019s recommendations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cTask Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD)\u201d is a task force established by The Financial Stability Board, an international body consisting of several central banks, ministries of finance and more. TCFD declared to support companies disclosing climate-related risks and opportunities in June 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In October 2021, ZOZO group formulated its Basic Environmental Policy(Environmental Policy).
