(Headquarters: Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture, Representative Director, President and CEO: Kotaro Sawada), which operates fashion e-commerce site \"<a href=\"https:\/\/zozo.jp\/\">ZOZOTOWN<\/a>,\" made a resolution at the Board of Directors held today, to implement an absorption-type company split (hereinafter, referred to as the \"Company Split\") with ZOZO Technologies Inc. (Headquarters: Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture, Representative Director and President: Tatsuya Kubota: Representative Director and CINO: Yuki Kanayama) and change of trade name of the split company as of October 1st.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Overview and Purpose of Reorganization<\/p>\n<p>All business divisions within ZOZO Technologies; other than the technology R&amp;D divisions, which are responsible for the operation of services deployed by ZOZO Group and its technological development, will be consolidated into ZOZO. This integration of the planning divisions of ZOZO with the development divisions of ZOZO Technologies will lead to improve service levels by accelerating business and enhance the corporate values of ZOZO Group through strengthened collaboration between the two parties.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the split company ZOZO Technologies will be established as \u201cZOZO NEXT Inc.\u201d after the company split and will promote technology R&amp;D and product development in company with other overseas bases within ZOZO Group.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>ZOZO Group will accelerate its corporate strategy \"MORE FASHION\u00d7FASHION TECH\" and continue to grow further to achieve its corporate philosophy of \"Inspire the world.
