The largest Japanese online fashion website \u201cZOZOTOWN\u201d (http:\/\/zozo.jp\/<\/a>) operated by Start Today Co., Ltd. (CEO Yusaku Maezawa<\/em>, Headquarters in Chiba city) has decided to rent a new logistics center \u201cPrologis Park Tsukuba 1-B\u201d(the entire center, 71,000\u33a1). The construction will begin in May 2018, and planning to begin operations in the fall of 2019.<\/p>\n

*Due to this contract, the name of the first \u201cPrologis Park Tsukuba\u201d will be renamed to \u201cPrologis Park Tsukuba 1-A\u201d, and the second center will be named \u201cPrologis Park Tsukuba 1-B\u201d<\/p>\n

As a result of this contract, the total floor space of the \"Prologis Park Tsukuba 1\u201d will become 140,000\u33a1, and entire floor space of ZOZOBASE is expected to be approximately 320,000\u33a1 in total.<\/p>\n
